Inception
Frigz Medical Instruments was founded in 1980 aiming to provide quality instruments to the healthcare industry around the world. Our emphasis on delivering consistent quality has earned us a very respectable name around the world. Today, Frigz Medical Instruments is supplying instruments all over the globe and helping doctors save thousands of lives each year.

1982

First Catalog Published
Soon after laying the foundation of the firm. our first catalog was designed and published in 1982. It was our first catalog ever and contained the basic instruments from several surgical specialities. By focusing on quality, rather than quantity, we were able to build up the brand that Frigz is known for today.

1993

Addition of products from multiple surgical disciplines
It was after we had polished our manufacturing skills that we decided to add additional surgical instruments from different specialities to our product range. In 1993, we introduced catalogs for a variety of different specialities, including General Surgery (with general instruments for neuro, OB/GN, Plastics, cardiovascular, Orthopedic and many more) Dental & Oral Surgery  Instruments with TC tips

1994

German Joint Venture
After mastering the art of surgical instruments and adding to our product range, it was time for us to expand our reach into the global market. In 1994, we opened our first international joint venture in Tuttlingen, the heart and birthplace of Surgical Instruments. This venture allowed us to not only expand our reach but also to improve on our processes and work with surgical manufacturing experts from Tuttlingen.

2009

Canadian Joint Venture
In 2009, Frigz Medical Instruments opened its doors to the North American market by opening up its office in Toronto, Canada (as a joint venture). Since 2009 we have supplied to a number of hospitals, private practices and surgery centres in North America. Our customers in North America are able to take benefit from our low cost and exceptional quality. 

2016

Structural Changes
In 2016, Frigz went through some structural changes when the company bought out some of the shareholders of thr firm. After the changes, Frigz updated its corporate identity by a brand new logo and website. With experience of over 40 years and technical expertise to cope with the future demads of our customers, Frigz is able to step forward and continue providing quality products and services to its customers all around the world.
